We are located in Nimis, in the province of Udine – Friuli Venezia Giulia. Our bed and breakfast is a completely renovated structure, that preserves the authentic elements of the old Friulian house and combines them with modern comfort.

Double room on the ground floor also designed to accommodate persons with reduced mobility.

The brightest room of all. Located on the second floor, it faces south over the huge garden.

Double room located on the first floor. It overlooks the inner courtyard with a view of the hills to the west.

Room 4 Furtignà

Double room located on the first floor. The east-facing view allows you to fully enjoy the morning light.

Double room located on the first floor. Facing north-west, it overlooks the inner courtyard.

Double room located on the first floor. Facing north-east, it enjoys all the morning light.
